What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and the number of packages you're ordering. We also generate a short order code (e.g. MB-0001) to reference your order.

We do not collect your phone number, payment card details, or any sensitive personal information. After you place an order, we contact you directly to arrange payment — we never collect or store any payment details on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill your order — that means contacting you to arrange payment, confirming your Saturday pickup, and having your order ready. We may also occasionally email you about new drops or updates.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the trusted services that run our site — and only what each needs to do its job.

Data retention

Order records are kept for the current season to help us manage inventory and troubleshoot any issues. We do not retain your information beyond what is reasonably needed for order fulfillment and dispute resolution.

California residents (CalOPPA)

Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used. We do not sell personal information. We do not track visitors across third-party websites.
