What we sell

Milkbread.nation sells small-batch, handcrafted baked goods made in a home kitchen. Orders are placed online and picked up in person on Saturdays. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Pickup window

Pickup is every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST at LazyBird Coffee, 930 Central Ave, Alameda, CA 94501. Orders not picked up during this window are considered forfeited — we cannot hold items past closing time due to limited capacity.

Order cutoff

Orders must be placed by Friday at noon PSTto be included in that week's bake. Orders placed after Friday noon roll to the following Saturday. Your confirmed pickup date is shown on screen before you submit — please double-check it.

Payment

After you place your order, we'll email you to arrange payment (typically Venmo or Zelle). Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Spots are limited — if we can't reach you or payment isn't arranged, we may release your spot to another customer.

Refund policy

All sales are final once payment is received. We bake to order in small batches, so we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after payment. If there is an issue with your order on pickup day, please speak with us directly — we will do our best to make it right.

Allergen disclaimer

Our baked goods contain: wheat, milk, and eggs. They are made in a home kitchen that also handles other common allergens including nuts, sesame, and soy. Cross-contact cannot be guaranteed against.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering at milkbread.nation@gmail.com. We want every customer to make an informed choice.

Inventory limits

We bake in small batches. Inventory is limited to a set number of packages per Saturday. Once we sell out, ordering closes for that week. Per-customer limits may apply. These limits are enforced automatically on the order form.
